Testimonials

Kevin was exceptional to work with. He showed a genuine interest in representing our property and provided excellent service throughout the selling process. He has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and gets results. He is everything you would look for in a Realtor® and I would highly recommend him. I genuinely appreciate all he did to sell our property and it sold the first day he listed it!

Kevin is an amazing and professional Realtor® who even though my property was not a million dollar find, which we knew, he still went above and beyond. Kevin spent numerous hours answering any and all of our questions. Thank you from a local for being an amazing company.

We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Kevin on the purchase of our vacation home at 41 Allen Rd. From our very first conversation, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to helping us find the right fit - not just a house, but a place where we could imagine making memories. The process had its fair share of curveballs (as real estate often does), but Kevin navigated every twist with calm, clarity, and confidence. He advocated for us at every step, kept communication flowing, and made sure we understood all the key decisions along the way. His local knowledge and instincts were spot on. Thanks to his support, we’re now the proud owners of a place that already feels like home. We’re so grateful for his guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area - especially if you value professionalism with a personal touch. - Kristen & Ron

Kevin made our dream reality. Our only regret was not calling him sooner. A wealth of knowledge and guidance. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin Killourie represented us through 2 challenging sales over a period of 1 year that resulted in eventual closings. Through this year Kevin was honest, considerate, market and street smart and most important, void of any embellishments or unrealistic visions/opinions just to make a sale. We were never rushed and often felt like we were his only clients. His perseverance never wavered. He has excellent contacts for many of the services we needed and shared his experiences as well. His personality was perfect for our needs, and he was high up on the novice to expert ladder in my experience.

Kevin did a great job, quickly responding to our feedback and questions. He knows the process and knows the area. He has a solid understanding of the people and companies in the Mount Washington valley, getting in touch with everyone else we needed to finish the transaction.
